For this opt-out to function, you must have your browser set to accept browser cookies. We do not control third parties’ collection or use of your information to serve Interest-based advertising. However these third parties may provide you with ways to choose not to have your information collected or used in this way. You can opt out of receiving targeted ads from members of the Network Advertising Initiative (“NAI”) on the NAI’s website.

We use information that we collect about you or that you provide to us to provide our services to you, to inform you about updates to our site and the services we offer, to provide you with information relating to your purchases, to provide you with other material that we think may be of interest to you, and for other purposes with your consent, as explained in greater detail below. If you register for an account with us, we collect and store personal information that you submit to us. Some of the personal information you may be required to submit includes your name, user ID, password, street address, city, state, zip/postal code, country, email address and billing information as described above. Other information requested on our registration page, including the ability to receive promotional offers from Total Tech Care 360, may be optional. We may, in the future, include other optional requests for information from you, to help us to tailor the site for you and deliver personalized information to you.

If you decide to purchase a service from us, we will collect only the information necessary for authentication and billing purposes. When you place an order, we need to know your name, email address, street address, city, state, zip/postal code. For credit/debit card transactions, we will need the applicable credit card number, expiration date, security code, and the name as it appears on the card. For ACH payment , we will need the applicable bank name, routing number, and account number.  This information allows our third party processing vendor to process and fulfill your orders, and to notify you of your order status.

If you decide to participate in an online survey or use one of our promotional features, such as a free trial for a particular service, if applicable, we may ask for your name, address, email address and other pertinent information to administer the survey or promotion and tabulate survey results.

We may also periodically obtain both personal and non-personal information about you from other business partners, contractors and other third parties. Examples of information that we may receive include: Name, phone number, email address, updated delivery and address information, purchase history, and additional demographic information.

Authorized service providers:

We may share your personal information with our authorized service providers that perform certain services on our behalf. These services may include fulfilling orders, processing credit card payments, delivering packages, providing customer service and marketing assistance, performing business and sales analysis, supporting our website functionality, and supporting contests, sweepstakes, surveys and other features offered through our website or performing background checks of service professionals. We may also release information to collection and/or credit agencies for past due Service Professional accounts. Marketing Affiliates:

When you are referred to us via a third party marketing affiliate, we may share your email address, and other information that you provide, to such marketing affiliate.

Business partners:

When you make purchases, reservations or engage in promotions offered through our website or our services, we may share personal information with the businesses with which we partner to offer you those products, services, promotions, contests and/or sweepstakes. When you elect to engage in a particular merchant’s offer or program, you authorize us to provide your email address and other information to that merchant.

Service professionals:

We match your information and service request against our list of service professionals. When you submit a service request through our website, you consent to our providing your personal information and request to the service professionals we match with your request.
