“I love when companies can do what they claim. I couldn’t figure out why my computer kept shutting off every time I left the room and called Total Tech Care 360 for help. They were able to figure out that it went into sleep mode and turned it off so it stays on until I put it to sleep myself (which they also showed me how to do).

I love that they’re not just about doing it themselves, but explain it to you so you can understand. I’m not the best with computers, but I am learning and love the freedom I get from being connected.”

“I could not figure out why I kept getting a no connection error, and finally broke down to call Total Tech Care 360. I’ve been with them for a while now but never really needed their service. I was so surprised that they got the error taken care of within a few moments. However, I did have it come back and was worried that they wouldn’t be able to help again.

I didn’t need to worry because they went right to the source and fixed it again. They even explained what they were doing, and I think I may be able to fix it myself if it happens again. Hopefully, I don’t have more computer problems, but if I do, I know who to call!!”

I just got a brand new computer (didn’t realize they sold them, too, but I will for next time) and couldn’t get anything to work.
