I don’t have enough superlative words…

I don’t have enough superlative words to describe the service I received today from Lynsee M. I have some computer knowledge but just enough to possibly cause some major damage on my own. After the “tune up” I received yesterday from Michael C and Colby I was still having issues with a gaming program that I play very often. It would not load as it did before the tune up, and I was used to the old way (can’t teach an old dog new tricks). Lynsee, in her very respectful, cheerful and friendly way resolved not only that problem but another one concerning zip files. We were on the phone about 1 1/2 hours but she was so helpful and friendly that I really was not concerned about the time. I will refer Total Tech to all friends and family that need service. Your exceptional service and response in almost un heard of in in the online experiences I have had, and I do appreciate it so very much.

I was saved from a malware attack today. Total Tech Care 360, was able to take care of me in a sensitive and caring manner. They were very professional and I wish they were in my back pocket 24/7. Thank you again to Colby and Brandon for enlightening my mood and getting me situated.

I have a Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 and had so many questions about using it – I was at a point that no one could help me. Somehow, I saw a phone number of Total Tech Care and I called… Initially I spoke with Jack – he was so helpful and kind, but I had more technical problems , beyond his realm, he switched my call to Crispen. These 2 GREAT tech’s are wonderful representatives of the company they work for-their patience and understanding is such an asset to Total Tech Care 360!!

Total Tech Care 360 is amazing, I was having all sorts of issues with my computer in what they called a “reboot loop”. Colby was able to get my computer fixed and working again. They have some of the greatest customer service I have ever received. Best Technician’s I have ever had.

Thank you after two week I finally got back into my email and now my computer is fully working and I can now access the internet.

My experience with Total Tech Care 360 was terrific. The techs there got my really sick computer back up to where it was running better than it ever has. And now my emails come in much faster! If you’re having problems with your computer I highly recommend you get in touch with them!!
